• 2010 Children 12 years and under are free when sharing a room with their parents.

• Waterside Room - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Waterside State Room - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Waterside Room, room with two double beds or one king bed and spectacular view of the bay. Private veranda or balcony with two teak or rattan chairs, cocktail table. Spacious 640 square feet. Large entry/dressing area.  

Waterside State Room, Elegant stateroom, with one bedroom and a separate living room offers a total of 750 square- feet, overlooking the bay. Private veranda or balcony with two teak or rattan chairs, cocktail table. Bedroom features one double bed and one twin bed or one king bed. Option of sofa bed in living room.  

Please Note:  

• Rooms are decorated with colorful island bed spreads & drapery and white washed furniture.  

• Floors are Italian tiled.

Ferry House Restaurant, is located at the entrance to Pelican Bay.  

Sabor Restaurant & Bar, at Pelican Bay offers waterfront dining in a relaxed outdoor setting overlooking Bell Channel Bay and Port Lucaya Marina. The restaurant is open for drinks each day from 10:00am-12:00am. Sabor's new menu feature a wide range of options, including favorites such as burgers and chicken wraps, complemented by a wok bar, and a new Sunday brunch menu offering a variety of eggs Benedict items.  

Lunch Hours: 11:30am-3:00pm Dinner Hours: 6:00pm-10:00pm  

Located within steps of the resort are over 30 restaurants and bars.

Miscellaneous Information

Spring Break Policy:  

• During the Spring Break Season (March and April) the minimum age requirement will be 25 years. Room reservations may be denied if age is not presented on reservation. Please advise travel agents to check birth date before booking these reservations.

• Quad only available on request for children sharing room with parents.  

Smoking Policy:
