Children Policy:
• Resort is best suited for children over 5 years of age. Children 6 years of age & under stay free, when occupying the same accommodations as parents. Additional children are at an additional per night rate for each child 7-17 years of age.
Maximum Occupancy:
• 2011 Mariner Oceanview Town Home - 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.
• Mariner Waterview Town Home - 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.
Mariner Oceanview Town Home, located further out on the peninsula, overlooking the marina and ocean. Number of accommodations: 11 Bedding: 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed.
Mariner Waterview Town Home, located closer towards the middle of the marina, overlooking the marina and ocean. Number of accommodations: 8 Bedding: 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed.
Please Note:
• Featuring expansive balconies and patios built among tropical flowering gardens and offering vistas over- looking the Marina and both the Rock Sound for morning sunrise and Exumas Sound for memorable Sunsets. These two bedroom split level oversized homes offer fully equipped kitchens, eat-in dining rooms and spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen remote controlled television with DVD/CD player and internet. Each residence has individually controlled air conditioning with two bedrooms complete with two-and-a- half spacious bathrooms. Each guest suite has been thoughtfully situated overlooking the Marina and grouped in fours, perfect for families or friends who wish to be next door. Enjoy a shared walkway to the nearby beach, marina and the Bahama Coffee Company Restaurant, Deli and Bakery.

Food and Beverage Outlets
Barracudas Bar & Grille, Open seasonally for catered events and weddings. The fare is simple, fresh and completely local. Everything from grouper to Mahi Mahi, served with rice & beans, coleslaw and of course, Bahamian bread.
The Bahama Coffee Company, deli, pizza and island bakery, serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7:00am-10:00pm (we have a full bar and extensive wine list). All of the breads, pastries, desserts and pies are fresh baked daily.

Miscellaneous Information
Transfers & Car Rentals:
• The reservations and information office must be notified of flight arrival information.
• Transfers are available from North Eleuthera International Airport (ELH) to the Cape Eleutherea Hotel for an additional fee upon request.
• Cape Eleutherea Hotel is about a 100 miles from North Eleuthera International Airport (ELH). The airport is on the top North side of the island and the hotel is located on the far end of the South side of the island. Transfer rates are available upon request.
• Private transportation to and from any point on Eleuthera including North Eleuthera (ELH) or Governors Harbor (GHB) can be arranged.
• Car rentals may be prior arranged as well with 2 days notice.
• Transfers and rentals are not included in any room rate or package pricing.
• These services are provided as a courtesy for convenience.
• A customary 10% resort fee on these services will be charged on the guest folio.
